HAPPY YOUTH DAY!!

Today, 9 enthusiastic, energetic, and extremely cute youths went to sentosa to showcase their youthfulness! They first went on a shopping trip to buy themselves a sumptuous lunch(comprising chips, drinks and maltesers -_-), a ball, and a
limited edition- bright pink- turtle power- giant Frisbee.
Sadly, they were to bear the expenses themselves.

Just as everyone was playing happily in the sea, shrieks of “SHIT SHIT SHIT” were heard. And they came from none other than the coolio sk who was experiencing a life-changing crisis. And thus allow me to reveal the highlight of the day- THE MYSTERY OF THE SUNKEN SPECTACLES.

(okay, it’s tiring blogging in third person. Shall switch back to a first person recount)

Being the helpful, empathetic and loyal 08s08ians, we stomped and tiptoed around in the sea, using our feet to feel for the specs. Unfortunately, the tide rose, the weather changed, our eyes stung, our skin sagged, we chocked on crunchy sand and the specs were nowhere to be found. So sk was left feeling blind saying, “DAMN, how can I ______ (fill in the blank. Eg:eat) without my specs”

After the tide receded, we went back into the sea to continue our search and TADA! Mighty Zhiwen found the pair of specs! We rejoiced with ear-piercing screams and sk shed tears of joy (haha), too happy to be reunited with his specs.

Okay, i know that was a lame recount but too bad cos i'm in a lame mood now so that's what you get. We also did other things la. Like sand scrub, sand spa, sand WAR (everyone against my), Frisbee, dai di, monkey, captain’s ball and simply just slacking and splashing around in the nice nice sea. If only the weather was nicer and not so freezing cold (brr) it would have been a perfect outing. But it was still very fun! And we were a little yi yi bu she to leave the sea towards the end. HAHA.

Christine says she will upload the pics later on. So you all can see how “youthful” we looked. It’s a pity that sk and jk’s very erm… UNIQUE hairstyles were not captured though. Haha. But it’s okay, there is always a next time to photo them unaware.
